I`ve realized that, the best "breakfie" for me is smoothie, it gives me energy and I feel always ready for a New day adventure. There are recipes below by me, my favorite ones. RECIPE: • 2 nectarines •hand of raspberries •hand of blueberries •hand of blackberries •ts of goji •mixed chia & milk thistle seeds, bit of water and spoon of soya milk all mix in #nutribullet or other mixer. 💗
RECIPE: • handful of baby spinach • 1/2 avocado 🥑 • 1/2 pear 🍐 • bit of fresh ginger • 🥄 of chia (I've added extra 🥄of milk thistle • bit of lemon juice 🍋• a couple of mint leaves 🍃 & little bit water 💦 Mix all in yours #nutribullet or other mixer. 💗

RECIPE: • handful of baby spinach • 1/2 peach 🍑 • 1 banana 🍌 • a couple of raspberries & blackberries & blueberries • 🥄 of chia • 🥄of goji • & little bit water 💦 Mix all in yours #nutribullet or other mixer. 💗

RECIPE: • 1 pear • half banana (the other half you'll use for top) • 🥄 of chia seeds• teaspoon of milk thistle • a lot of spinach • a bit of water •bit of fresh lime juice & some raspberries for top. Mix it all in #nutribullet or other mixer. 💗
