It's all in your head ♥
For today's article I have decided to mix a cocktail for you full of motivation.
As I said in title "It's all in your head" & it's exactly just like that.
What you think, you became. - Buddha
And this mean, what are you thinking about the most, you get to your life. There's a plenty of books, movies etc about "The power of Universe" (Google it if you have never heard about it!) which teaches you how to live happily life. (Also if you look back to the article "TOP books you should read.. " you'll find some books recommended about this theme by me...)
Whether we choose to believe this or not, there's a solution to everything. -Jenné Lombardo
It's all a matter of perspective you look at your life. To keep yourself happy it's important to stop talking negatively,start searching only for good in other people & to surround yourself with "good people".
Head up! You can change everything if you work for it! Lot of good ideas I'm praticing right now I found in Dale's Carnegie books. Good things are not coming easily or let's say changes, but it's all possible to happen!
It's still summer time, and probably you're going to vacation because I do next week! *yay*
There's recipe for Magic smoothie which is gonna help you looks skinnier for it. Thanks ELLE Czech.
For smoothie you'll need:
- handful full of baby spinach
1 tea spoon of chia seeds¨
1 spoon of chopped fresh mint
Spinach, avo, pear, chia & minth mix till it's get into smoothie mixture, add the lemon juice & ginger (according to your taste) & mix it all together. It taste the best cold!
What to avoid?
Ice-cream, sweets, fried, fats, also alcohol, legumes and pastries. Beware of tomatoes, cabbage, onion, chewing gum and spices. It's highly recommanded to work out during this diet twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. *Cheers*
